Ordering NMSO products from My…IT

Eagle Spirit Marketing’s extensive NMSO product offering can be ordered by submitting a Call-up/Purchase Order to Manage Your IT’s sales department on behalf of Eagle Spirit Marketing Inc. All purchases orders to Eagle Spirit Marketing qualify as an Aboriginal purchase in accordance with the PSAB program.

Manufacturer NMSO #

· Call-ups against this NMSO shall be made using Form DSS 942 or DSS 944 (English)/MAS 945 (French).

· If the call-up is made for the purchase of accessories or system components only (i.e. NMSO options), the call-up must not exceed Complete Call-Up Limitations

· The call-up may include a total of up to $5,000.00 of non-Standing Offer items. My…IT can assist you in selecting additional options that meet your requirements.

Delivery

· All products will be delivered FOB Destination. Delivery will be completed within 15 days after receipt of an authorized call-up or order for quantity of less than 20 units and within 20 days for quantity of 20 units or more.

Invoicing

· All invoices will show the complete Call-up/order Number.  Products purchased from the Eagle Spirit Marketing NMSO offering will be invoiced by Eagle Spirit Marketing Inc.
